Firstly, it's hard to assess how successful an exercise in realism this is without a link to the reference photo. I managed to find a photo from the same photo shoot, although it's not an exact match: [link]
I love the soft treatment of the hair and it looks believeable, as though the texture would be soft to the touch. The eyes themselves are done well, but spoiled by the heaviness of the make-up, which is causing her eyes to look flat. If you check the photo link, you will see how there is little make-up on her lower lids. Similarly, you have made her lipstick too dark and her teeth too white (if you check the photo, the teeth are creamy-white).
I think you have tackled the earring well.
I think this portrait is a very good effort & look forward to seeing more of your work.
